1. Warranty Coverage
Acumios warrants to the original purchaser that our tapware products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. This warranty covers the replacement of defective parts only.

3. Warranty Limitations
This warranty does notcover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Damage resulting from improper installation or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Damage caused by hard water, sediment, or other debris in the water supply.
Damage from aggressive cleaning agents or abrasive materials.
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, and loss of finish.
Labor costs associated with the removal or installation of the product.
Consequential damages or incidental expenses.
4. Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please provide the following:
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt).
A detailed description of the defect.
Photographs of the defect (if possible).
5. Acumios’s Obligations
At our discretion, Acumios will either:
Provide a replacement part free of charge.
